What was the highlight of Freys Hotel
It's a pleasant stay, though due to uncontroable reason we only stayed 2 nights out of 3 we booked.
Breakfast is very good and we like it a lot! Location is surprisingly good, just across the street of the airport train station! Front dest staff were very friendly, helpful and informative!
The shower area is a little bit tight!

What was the highlight of Freys Hotel
I was very happy with our choice, in an ideal location. I'd definitely stay there again.
Outstanding location to walk to so much of Stockholm's many fantastic sites, shopping, restaurants. The breakfast buffet was great. Comfortable room, nice historic hotel with helpful friendly staff. The Belgian restaurant served good food and features one of the city's best beer menus.
No real complaints. I do wish we'd booked a bigger room, but can't really blame the hotel for that.

What was the highlight of Freys Hotel
Wonderful
The single room was bigger than expected, beautifully furnished and with a very comfortable single bed. Although only a single room, it had room for a desk, chair and lounge chair, and was perfect for a solo traveller.
The staff were friendly, but I arrived 40 minutes before check-in (2.40pm), and was told my room wasn't ready, but there was a guaranteed check-in time of 3pm. I waited beside reception, but at 3pm no-one told me my room was ready, so I asked at 3.10pm, they rang house-keeping, and it still wasn't ready (but house-keeping was going to ring when ready). I waited another 15 mins, then asked again, they rang house-keeping again, and by now it was ready. This wasn't a problem, but I felt if I hadn't asked, no-one would have told me room was ready!
